All summer reservations (May-August) of more than 4 nights include the cleaning fee within listed calendar price.PLEASE NOTE: Any summer bookings (May-August) for 4 nights or less must be approved by owners and would require cleaning fee of $110 to be paid by guests. All reservations September-April will be required to pay $110 cleaning fee.
ALL GUESTS REQUIRED TO PURCHASE $20 PARKING PASS. INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING WILL BE GIVEN UPON PAYMENT.
20% of total reservation cost required at time of booking.
